Published Oct 15, 2020The 1978 TV movie Star Wars Holiday Special will finally get an official follow-up when Disney+ releases LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special next month. Ahead of its arrival, more big names have been added to the cast.
Kelly Marie Tran (Rose Tico), Billy Dee Williams (Lando Calrissian) and Anthony Daniels (C-3PO) have all joined the cast, as have Star Wars: The Clone Wars voice actors Matt Lanter (Anakin Skywalker), Tom Kane (Yoda, Qui-Gon Jinn), James Arnold Taylor (Obi-Wan Kenobi) and Dee Bradley Baker (clone troopers).
The new Star Wars Holiday Special will take place in Lego form, and its events will happen after those in The Rise of Skywalker. Once again, it will see the characters celebrating "Life Day." Characters set to appear in LEGO form include Rey, Finn, Poe, Rose and the droids.
